Mark entered the construction industry at 17 years old as an apprentice electrician and for the last 30 years has been a business owner, from managing a team of 15 in the electrical space to then building his first well-received spec home which set the pace for Niche Homes. There's been no slowing down since and Marks energy and enthusiasm shines brighter at 50 years old than ever before!

AIl A-Teams need a 'finger on the pulse' team member and this is Jason's forte at Niche Homes. With a painting trade, 10 years in project management and more than 10 years as a business owner, Jason has all the components to ensure he is across every project. He joins all the dots by liaising with trades, suppliers and clients to facilitate an easy transition into the clients new home.

Yvette's natural flair for selections was undeniable from Niche Homes very first spec home and has continued ever since across every project since. Yvette's substantial knowledge and reputation for helping clients bring their visions for their new homes to life sets the bar high and is key to the Niche Homes experience.
CATHY BELL
SELECTIONS / ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT
With 30 years in local council (Wattle Range) and four home builds as a client with Niche Homes under her belt, Cathy joining the Niche Homes team recently was a 'no-brainer'. Her keen eye for detail is exemplary and with the newly formed 'Dynamic Selections Duo' with Cathy joining to support Yvette, we can't wait to see the selections magic unfold for clients.

Lyndall has been with Niche Homes for five years, providing invaluable admin support and with 25+ years experience in finance and accounting, specialising in the building and construction industry, Lyndall is dedicated to ensure the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed with paperwork which allows a stress free sign on and sign off process for clients.
